Perfect 10 Learning Hub ("Perfect 10", "we") is operated by Zoriken Technologies Limited, a company registered in Trinidad and Tobago, 66A Picton Street, Newtown, Port of Spain. This notice explains what we collect about you and your child, why, and what you can ask us to do.
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Free-trial form | Your name, WhatsApp number, your child's first name and Standard, the programme and location you are interested in, and who referred you |
| Registration | Your child's name, date of birth, school and class; your contact details; the adults allowed to collect your child; health or learning needs you choose to tell us; an emergency contact; your consents |
| Sessions | Attendance (sign in and out), practice scores, mock-paper results and marked writing |
| Our apps | Your child's progress is saved on the device they use, not on our servers. If we add cloud saving later, we will tell you first. |
Only to run the Hub: to arrange the trial, keep children safe (supervision and collection), plan each child's practice, send you progress notes and results, and collect fees. We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.
Our directors and the supervisors who work with your child. Our website does not store the free-trial form: it fills in a WhatsApp message or email that you send to us yourself. We use WhatsApp and email to talk to families, and a website host to publish this site and our apps. We do not share your information with the venue's other services, or with anyone else, unless you agree or the law requires it.
We do not photograph children. With your consent we may photograph your child's written work, without their face or name, to return marked writing to you.
Trial enquiries that do not go ahead: deleted after 3 months. Registration and learning records: kept while your child attends and for 12 months after, then deleted.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a consent, at any time by writing to learn@zoriken.com. We follow the principles of Trinidad and Tobago's Data Protection Act, 2011.
